Walt Disney World

The Parks at Walt Disney World

You cannot visit Florida and skip Disney World. As one of the most famous and fabulous theme parks in the world this is a must see. With 4 theme parks and 2 water parks it might be tough to pick and choose. We recommend visiting them all. However if you are pressed for time, we will help you select which parks to go to.

Whether you want to visit Cinderella, fly with the Nav’i or Rock with Aerosmith, Disney World has a theme park for you to spend the day.

Magic Kingdom
Want to meet Mickey and Minnie? Fancy a stroll through the castle or a ride in Space Mountain? Magic Kingdom is the place to be. Here you’ll find the classics like It’s a small world, Big Thunder Mountain and the Haunted Mansion.

You’ll love Pirates of the Caribbean and Splash Mountain too. Get your tickets and start planning your day in Magic Kingdom.

Epcot

Even if you don’t know about Epcot, we’re sure you have seen it’s famous mascot “Spaceship Earth” the giant golf ball and the monorail transport system. But there is more to Epcot than just that. It’s Walt Disney’s utopian view for the future.

Epcot gives you the chance to explore the world at the World Showcase and discover the future at Future World.

Hollywood Studios
If you walk around Hollywood Studio’s you’ll feel like you are walking on a set. Visit the Muppets, hang out with Storm Troopers and learn how to become a Jedi. Joining the Hollywood Studios cast soon is Toy Story.
For thrill seekers the highlight of this park will be the Rock and Roller Coaster and the Tower of Terror.
Animal Kingdom

This park is like a big jungle full of animals. Not just any animals, dinosaurs, gorilla’s and a giant Yeti from Mount Everest. After you have wandered the world and visited the Tree of Live head over to Pandora and take a ride down the Nav’i River.

If you are really brave, you can climb on the back of a mountain banshee and soar through Pandora’s skies.

Blizzard Beach

What’s better on a really how day? That’s right finding some place cool. And it doesn’t get any cooler than this. Blizzard Beach’s water park has a winter village theme. Be carefull or you just might risk getting frost bite.
Hop over ice floes and slalom down the mountain.

How about it, do you want to build a snowman?

Typhoon Lagoon

Disney doesn’t have one, but two water parks. And Typhoon lagoon offers something different. No winter wonder land, but a surfers paradise. Want to pretent you have suffered a ship wreck? Typhoon has the perfect setting. Enjoy the family friendly water slides and the tidal pool.
For a change of pace, grab a tube and float around Castaway Creek. Just go and have fun. Surfs Up!

Disney Springs

Need a shopping fix? Didn’t have time to get your Disney souvenirs while you were in the parks? Not to worry, Disney Springs has got you covered. There are plenty Disney themed souvernir shops like the Bibbety Bobbety Boutique and a regular Florida Shopping Mall.

For entertainment you don’t need to look further either, with a cinema and bowling alley among others, there is more than enough for you to do here.
