About LEGOLAND

Opening Times
The park opens at 10:00 am year round, closing times vary depending on the season. You can enjoy Legoland until 5:00 pm at least. On some days park is open as late as 9:00 pm. From March through August the park is opened daily. In the other months the park is closed on most Wednesdays and some Tuesdays.

Getting there
LEGOLAND® Florida Resort is just 45 minutes from the Orlando theme parks or downtown Tampa.

From Orlando:
Take I-4 WEST to exit 55 (US Hwy 27 South). Turn right off U.S. Highway 27 at State Road 540/Cypress Gardens Boulevard. Park is four miles on the left.

From Tampa:
Take I-4 EAST to Exit 27 (Polk County Parkway). Then take Exit 14 to Winter Haven (2nd Toll Booth) by turning east on S.R. 540 and follow eight miles to Hwy 17 North. Turn left to take Hwy 17 North two miles over the bridge to Cypress Gardens Boulevard and turn right. Legoland Way will be on your right.

Parking
Regular price for parking upon arrival is $27 for a car. The toll and ticket booths open approximately 30 minutes prior to the park opening.

Shuttle

If you are staying in Orlando you can take the shuttle from ICON Orlando 360 at 09:00 am for $5 per person (plus tax).

Parking in the garage on the bottom floor of I-Drive 360 between International Drive and Universal Boulevard. Parking is free of charge. The pick up is outside near the back entrance of Madame Tussauds.

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to departure. The bus leaves for the return journey at park closing. Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance and at least before 11:00 am on the day before the intended transfer.

Explore LEGOLAND

LEGOLAND is divided into several lands. You will find more information about each land below.

Fun Town

This is where all the fun starts. Build your own mini figures in the Minifigure Market, head over to the 4D movie or hop on to the Grand Carousel.

Miniland USA

Explore all the highlights the USA has to offer without leaving Florida. See the glitz of Las Vegas, the monuments of Washington and the skyscrapers of New York. 

DUPLO Valley

Your tot is in control in DUPLO Valley. Let them ride a tractor or play in the splash pool or on the farm.

LEGO Kingdoms

Lego in Medieval times. Joust in a royal tournament, fight dragons and play to your heart’s content. Climb up in the Forestmen’s hideout or ride in Merlin’s Challenge.

Land of Adventure

If you are brave enough you can go on a safari in Land of Adventure to find some Lego Dinosaurs. Take part in a laser quest or fire foam balls at your enemies in the Pharaoh’s Revenge.

LEGO City

Learn how to drive your own LEGO car, steer a LEGO boat or just take flight. Then go be a hero at the Rescue Academy where you can put out fires.

Imagination Zone

Let your imagination run wild at the Imagination Zone where you can build anything you can dream of and a bunch of imaginative hands-on activities.

LEGO Technic

This is the most extreme land of LEGOland. It’s the home of the AQUAZONE Wave Racers, the Technicycle  and the newly opened Great LEGO Race. Definitely not for the faint of heart.

Pirates' Cove

Visit the famous pirate ship Brickbeard’s Bounty and help keep it safe from Pirates. A swashbuckling adventure awaits you with all the water skis, jet skis and boats.

Cypress Gardens

Cypress Gardens is the botanical garden of LEGOLAND. They have gone to great lenghts to preserve the beautiful and hostoris gardens.

Heartlake City

This is the newest land of the park and based on the LEGO friends line of toys. Go on a riding adventure at Mia’s Riding Camp or make music at the Stepping Stones Fountain.

LEGO NINJAGO World

Become a ninja at NINJAGO WORLD. Fireballs and lightning will defeat all the foes. Test your ninja reflexes and climb Cole’s Rock to see if you have what it takes to become a ninja.

Rides at LEGOLAND

AQUAZONE Wave Racers

Get ready to make a splash. You get to dodge the water cannons in your own Wave Racer and see if you can soak your friends.

Coastersaurus

This wooden roller coaster thunders through a prehistoric jungle with life-sized LEGO brick dinosaurs that actually move.

Boating School

Take a pleasure cruise down in LEGO city and captain your own mini-vessel. Enjoy the sunshine on the water.

Royal Joust

Head over to the LEGO Kingdom, hop on your LEGO horse and ride through the medieval forest where you encounter jousting knights and enchanted creatures.

Safari Trek

Join the Safari to see if you can spot all your favorite LEGO animals along the ride. How about some tigers, lions or elephants? Are you game?

Beetle Bounce

You’d better not be afraid of heights in this one. You are launched 15-feet (4,5 meters) in to the sky towards some LEGO scarabs, before you fall back down to earth.

DUPLO Tractor

Want to help the farmers plow their corn fields and search for missing farm animals? Good, hop on your tractor and come along.

DUPLO Train

All aboard! Explore the countryside while passing through farms, fishing holes and campground from the comfort of the DUPLO train.

Flying School

This rollercoaster is a great way to take flight. You are suspended below the track, so it’s just like flying yourself. Get ready for take off!

Ford Driving School

At Ford’s Driving School you’ll learn the rules of the road and get to earn your LEGOLAND Driver’s license at this driving attraction.

Ford Jr. Driving School

At Ford’s Driving School you’ll learn the rules of the road and get to earn your LEGOLAND Driver’s license at this driving attraction. For the little ones.

Merlin's Challenge

A wooden train, that goes round and round and that is powered by a mysterious wizard’s magic. Are you ready for the challenge? Jump onboard if you are!

Kid Power Towers

In the Imagination zone you can pull yourself to the top of a tower and then enjoy the “free-fall”  sensation as you get back down to earth.

Mia's Riding Adventure

Mia is hosting a riding camp and you are invited to join her! Saddle up your horse for an exciting ride on the disc coaster.

LEGO NINJAGO The Ride

Test out your ninja skills at NINJAGO the Ride. Fire lightning and animated fireballs at the sinister villains. Then team up to defeat a powerful foe.

Lost Kingdom Adventure

Fight LEGO mummies and skeletons with your laser gun to find the hidden treasure that is somewhere in the Lost Kingdom.

Technicycle

Fly high on this ride as long as you paddle hard. The harder you paddle to higher you will soar. If you relax you will glide closer to the ground on this fun ride.

Rescue Academy

Learn to be a firefighter during the fire drill at Rescue Academy. Take charge of your fire truck and race to put out the fire.

The Dragon

The dragon will take you inside and outside while twisting and turning through the enchanted LEGOLAND Resort Castle. Roar with the dragon while you have heaps of fun.

The Grand Carousel

The carousel is the centerpiece of Fun Town. With two stories there is twice the fun to be had. Pick your favorite horse and giddy up!

The Great LEGO Race

The Great LEGO Race is a very futuristic roller coaster as it combines the coaster with virtual reality.  Enter the virtual world and enjoy the exiting race against several LEGO minifigure competitors. So start your engines….

Help Boss rally his crazy building crew to finish the latest construction. 

Pirates' Cove Live Water Ski

Wells Fargo 4D Theater

Sit down and relax at LEGOLAND’s largest indoor theater. Watch The LEGO Movie, LEGO NINJAGO or LEGO NEXO Knights in 4-D.

Getting around in LEGOLAND

Everything’s within walking distance

The whole park is easily accessible by foot. To get to the waterpark you first have to go through the main areas of LEGOLAND.

Staying at one of the on-site hotels?

The Legoland Hotel is right by the entrance and is only a short walk away. The Beach Retreat is only 0,5 miles (800 meters) away.
